All students learn differently. This is something that I was taught in school, and it is something that is very true for my students. Not one student in this classroom learns the same.
The math games will help to enrich and supplement learning during math time for my 26 students, especially those who benefit from hands on learning. They will be able to not only learn and explore, but use team and group work to strengthen their cooperation and participation with their peers.
The books will be added to our classroom library, and will be helpful to our lower level readers who choose the graphic novels, but will also help stretch the minds of our higher level readers with the higher lever vocabulary in the "I Survived" novels.
All of the items will be put to great use in our classroom, and will help the students learn in more ways than one!
