Your donation makes it possible to provide my students with significantly more resources than would normally be available and thereby improve their comprehension of the historical context of these ancient civilizations and how lessons learned can be applied to their lives”

My curious, gifted students love to create, connect, communicate, research, discover, investigate, and, well, learn! I teach 130 gifted students in grades 3 - 6 in a rural Alabama school system. Because we are not a Title school, we do not receive all the extra resources. Also, in our state, gifted education is funded at the bare minimum and the resources needed to engage my high-ability students are just not available. My students need more resources to help them prepare for the 21st Century careers. I would love to create an iPad Mini lab. I would also like for them to have robotic devices to learn to program. Students who are in school now are going to be in jobs that do not exist presently and need the best technology available to them. Please help me, help them for their future career. Who knows, they may be the one who finds the cure for cancer!
