We Like to Move It Move It!
Funded Apr 15, 2020Thank you so much for your generous contribution to my classroom project. When my students first learned and saw that they we will be having a huge screen when we return to the classroom. They were filled with smiles and jumping with joy.
They were so curious to see how the projector worked. They were fascinated by the fact that my phone can project on such a big screen on the wall with no television.
I showed them how I will be playing for them their favorite music and movement songs. That brought so many smiles and joy to my students. I'm so excited and anxious to get back into the classroom and show them in person.
We thank you very much for your contribution. Your generosity has really impacted my students in such a positive way. Thank you!”

Curious and Creative PALS
Funded Oct 9, 2019Thank you so much for your generous contribution to my classroom project. When my students first saw all the attractive and new materials they jumped with joy and were so eager to open the bags. Right away, they sat down at the table to make a project.
They started to use the fancy materials to glue and stick them on shapes and pumpkin cut outs. My assistants and I heard so many new words from our students. We were able to teach them new words as well. They were amused and excited for the jewels and different colored macaroni. All my students sat for a longer time than usual and enjoyed using many of the materials. I am really grateful that this project was fully funded because I witnessed so many new skills from my students. They sat together and shared the materials. They passed jewels, stickers and macaroni to each other. They smiled and talked amongst themselves. The skills of turn taking, fine motor skills, and recreating their favorite stories was exhibited. They continue to use these attractive materials and their creativity has grown so much in so many ways.
For that, we thank you very much for your contribution. Your generosity has really impacted my students in such a positive way. Thank you!”

Funded Aug 23, 2018Thank you so much for your kind contribution to my classroom project. When my students first saw the sports balls, they gasped and smiled so big. They jumped up and down and a few called out the ball they wanted to use. It was the sweetest sight to see them so excited like never before and using words I didn't know they knew. It's safe to say they absolutely love the sports balls.
We immediately started to use all of the balls. My assistants and I were able to teach the students the name of all the balls, their shape, color, and the name of the sport it is used in. Then, we demonstrated how it is bounced or thrown. We allowed them to try it after, they had such a great time bouncing the basketball and throwing it into the hoop. They ran and laughed as they kicked the soccer ball and made goals. They had the giggles when they threw the football and saw how funny it bounced on the floor compared to the other balls; it was exciting for them to try and catch it. They were amazed at the comet balls and enjoyed tossing those to each other. Finally, the easy grip and see-inside-balls were another wonderful success. They were able to practice and succeeded in social emotional skills: they waited their turn to use the ball with a partner; they showed skills in taking turns with peers; and they expressed to their peers the color of the ball and continued to throw it back and forth. They were excited to see the contents of the see-inside-ball. They pointed and commented on the fun things that are inside and how they move when they use the ball to play. Your contributions have truly prove to be great learning opportunities for my students every day that we use these balls. For that, we thank you very much for your contribution. Your generosity has really impacted my students in a positive way.”
