My students are learning with technology every day in class. I would like to use the lab time for students to learn about 3D printing. Cooperative learning would be used among the students to create a project file and then be transferred to the printer for completion. I can hardly wait for the excitement from my students to see their finished project. I can only imagine the sense of accomplishment my students will feel when they see their finished product throughout the semester. I know my students will run with their ideas as many of them have not had the opportunity to work with 3D printers. As a science teacher, I cannot wait to incorporate this 3D printer into my curriculum throughout the year. I am requesting a 3D printer and extra PDA refills.
