  • Color Everywhere!

    Funded Apr 7, 2025

Thank you so much for your thoughtful donation to our classroom! Your support in helping us purchase colored paper has already made a big impact. It may seem like a simple supply, but in our room, it's a tool for creativity, engagement, and hands-on learning. We use colored paper for everything—from graphic organizers and anchor charts to art projects and interactive lessons. It helps students stay organized, express themselves, and feel excited about what they're learning. The bright colors add life to our walls and bring smiles to our faces every day. Your kindness reminds my students that there are people out there who believe in them and want to see them succeed. Thank you for being part of our classroom community. We're so grateful!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. McGowan

  • I Love This Book!

    Funded Apr 9, 2025

Thank you so much for supporting my students and this classroom project. My students were so excited when they opened these boxes. They are thrilled to read books especially books with some of their favorite movie characters. They also love these books because they are perfectly leveled for their reading ability. Having access to books that my early readers can read independently is critical to develop their love for reading. Again, thank you so much for your support and generosity! Your kindness has gone a long way and means so much to my students!”

    With gratitude,

  • Learn to Read!

    Funded Aug 24, 2024

Thank you so much for supporting this project, my students, and our classroom! These resources have been a tremendous help in teachinng reading to my young kindergarten students. Having hands on resources to make connections with has been so helpful. My ELD students have also benefited greatly from the realia materials. Realia is an ELD teaching strategy that integrates real life objects into teaching. This helps make meaningful connections. Again, thank you so much for supporting the learning in our classroom. We are forever grateful!”

My students are the greatest group of 5 and 6 year olds! They are always so eager to learn! My class is very diverse with some families being more fortunate than others. With 25 students in my Kindergarten class, my students have learned to work together and support one another. I am very excited to watch them grow throughout the school year!
