I enjoy teaching in this district because I feel like the school offers an escape for the students. Many of the students will live in this county their entire lives, which is not always a bad thing. I want to provide my students with the tools to create a better community. To do that, I need to keep their interests. Hands-on learning is what is required to accomplish this goal.
