Our school is an elementary school that serves a low income population of students in an urban neighborhood. They are a great class of students who are very different despite the same diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. They all have challenges they will face, but since they are still in elementary school it is hard to tell just how far they may go in life. I am hoping to get them those basic skills needed to be successful in school and in their future in general.
