• French Cuisine in French Class

  Again, my students and I would like to sincerely thank you for the resources. We are delighted to know that you were able to fund and supply us with these resources. It is because of good Samaritans like you that we are able to do some fun activities.

  With the resources provided, so far the students have made several French cuisines and other cuisines that are represented in the classroom.

  The students made French and Spanish style inspired chicken. They were also able to make "French fries" even though they weren't originated in France.

• French and Spanish Trip

  My students and I would like to thank you for your kindness and generosity. We truly appreciate you. Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to go on the trip. This was as a result of the COVID-19 virus. There were travel restrictions in the United States and Europe.

  It was really nice of you to support our trip regardless of the outcome. We are in the process of planning future trips to Europe. Once the NYC Department of Education gives us the go-ahead to travel, we will be traveling to Europe. This is an experience that the students have been waiting for.

  My students have already started using the headphones to listen to French music, to listen to vocabulary words in French. They have also been able to do their listening comprehension test individually, where they have to listen to native speakers before circling the correct answer.
