• 3D Printer for My Kindergarten Geniuses!

  I want to thank DonorsChoose and the generous donor that fully funded this project, Linda Robbins. We are so thankful! My kindergarteners will love the 3D printer. Each of them will be able to choose or design their own toy, hopefully before Christmas if we receive it on time!

  This 3D printer was designed for kids as it is built to be used by children of all ages. Toybox can be controlled with simple one-touch functions so they will need little assistance. Once again, thank you so much!”

• Inclusive Children's Books!

  A million thanks to DonorsChoose and the donors the helped fund this project. With the funding of this project, my students received a variety of books that have helped them feel seen. As educators, we never know what our students may be going through when they walk into our classrooms, but whatever they may be struggling with, I have many books to help them feel seen, validated, and supported.

  The books we received include titles to help students that may be struggling in school due to ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, language barriers, food and income insecurities, past trauma, anxiety, bullying, double vision, and emotions.”

• Class Reward Jar for the Win!

  I want to thank DonorsChoose and the generous donors that helped fund this project. The magnetic reward jars and themed tokens we received have helped tremendously. The jars have improved behaviors and have encouraged all students to exhibit positive behaviors such as homework completion, on-task behaviors, perseverance, kindness towards each other, self-regulation, and teamwork. The have learned to work as a community to obtain tokens. They have been able to fill the XL jar multiple times! Thank you so much for your help!”

• Memory Mug!

  I want to take this opportunity to thank DonorsChoose and the generous donors that helped fund this project. My students were able to receive a Cricut Mug Press, and some accessories. This project project broght forever memories to my wonderful Kindergarteners! My students have worked so hard this year and have persevered through all their challenges. My bilingual students have grown from just speaking their home language to being able to speak English. My students have also learned to regulate their emotions and verbalize their needs. All my Kindergarteners have made so much progress in reading, writing, and math. Because of you, my students have a keepsake to remember their hard work!”

• Stem in Kindergarten!

This project provided my kindergarteners with exciting STEM materials that have kept them engaged. The STEM materials received engage my students in a fun/hands-on way. Through the STEM activities, my students have been able to practice critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

• B is for Basic!

  Endless thanks to DonorsChoose and the generous donors that helped fund this project. Because of you, my amazing kindergarteners were able to have the basic school supply items needed for learning. This project provided my students with pencils, erasers, index cards and many others. These are items that are constantly running out. In addition, many of the items we received helped me get my classroom centers up and running. My students have an alphabet center, tracing center and listening center.

  My students and I would like to thank you for your generous donation to this project. For this project, I requested two $100 gift cards from Teachers Pay Teachers to buy endless STEM bundles to keep my students learning. The STEM resources I have been able to purchase from TpT have allowed me to differentiate the tasks to meet my students' needs.

  Every year I spend a lot of money purchasing resources, but this year thanks to you I didn't need to. I will have additional money left to use next school year. Once again, thank you so much!”

• Clean Classroom Carpet

  A million thanks to DonorsChoose and the donors that helped fund this project.

  Having a portable spot and stain carpet cleaner in the classroom has allowed us to keep our classroom rug clean.

  As I mentioned before, my students spend a lot of time sitting on the rug during morning meetings, mathematics lessons and read aloud. Having a clean carpet where my students can sit has helped them learned. They focus better when sitting on the carpet. Students in kindergarten love sitting on the rug and we are so happy to have our spot cleaner. Whenever an accident happens, we clean it. Thank you so much!”

  The materials received, such as All About Today Activity Center, life cycle sequencing kit, butterfly garden, giant dice, and many other items, allowed them to explore and self-discover.
