• Microwaves Saving the Planet by Reducing Waste

  You have no idea how much good this project did for my school. We were able to reduce single use containers and ziploc bags. Our kiddos and staff jumped on the bandwagon and began bringing in more ecologically responsible leftovers and re-usable containers. This microwave has allowed us to be more environmentally friendly and probably more nutritious as well. Thank you for your kindness and generosity towards our school, students, and staff. It is so cool when our students have a great idea to make the school better and then Donors Choose swoops in to make their idea into a reality!”

• Outdoor Play Storage Solutions for Our Pre-K Kiddos

  Thank you so very much for helping us get these projects funded. We did so much for our pre-k population at school. Unfortunately, after getting the cabinets pre-approved, once they arrived we ran into some issues with our district safety council approval. So, we shifted to an amazing set of 2 super great carpets for the main areas of our library! We needed these little nooks and spaces to liven up our old and out-dated media center and create little reading areas. We wanted our children to be able to get lost in a book once again. Like we did before Covid!”

• Helping Hands to Build Compassion Through Community Service

  Thank you so much for helping me get these supplies to a local humane society, this project was my students' idea, and after finding a match, we planned and asked family and friends for donations. It was a really cool thing to see and fulfilled their ENTIRE wishlist including puppy incubators, formula, stuffed animals to mimic a mommas heartbeat. Thank you for helping me make the kids ideas for community improvement into a reality, you are teaching them that through hard work, good intentions, and planning ....great things can happen!”
