Let's Get Crafty!
Funded Aug 22, 2015Thank you very much for your generous donation! My students are using the new resources to create fun and interactive learning projects! They love having the colored paper and construction paper to make their work come to life. Everyone was very excited the day our paper was delivered! We have used the paper to create posters about famous Americans, display literal meanings of figurative language, and to communicate with parents. We will continue to use this resource to inspire and create new and exciting ideas! Thank you!”

Funded Aug 22, 2015Thank you very much for the resources you donated! The privacy folders we received have made a big difference in our classroom! Now, my students can focus with little distraction from others when they must work independently. The students were very excited when they saw our new folders! They were happy to have enough folders for each child to have one and they love that the folders give them a private defined spaced to complete tasks which require a lot of focus! We will continue to use these resources throughout the year and I will use them in my class for years to come! Thank you!”

Funded Oct 8, 2013My students were so excited to recieve a new iPad mini for our classroom! They couldn't believe it when I told them about your generosity and that we had this incredible tool to use all for ourselves.
We have used the iPad as a study tool with new and innovative apps that allow the students to practice skills like math facts, research skills, map skills, and so much more!
With only two desktop computers in my room it is very hard to incorparate enough technology for the needs of 25 students. Having this iPad has been a huge help with that. Now my students are excited and eager to complete their assignments so they can use the iPad and take their learning even farther!”
