  • Science and Fun Activities to Learn and Celebrate Spring Holidays!

    Funded Mar 17, 2025

For Easter, I made an Easter bag full of snacks and toys for them. I don't believe in giving candies and other unhealthy snacks so giving toys will help them enjoy Easter more. We had an egg hunt with the filled Easter eggs. We colored the plastic eggs the last day before the Spring recess. The children had so much fun.

Today is Earth Day, so we planted some seeds and discussed about how to take care of the Earth. Having these materials really helped my students to experience the holiday more. They got to interact with the different things that represent the holiday.

Thank you for funding this project so my students can experience the holidays firsthand and have memories to remember for years to come!!”

  • Printing Review Sheets with a Laser Printer Toner!

    Funded Mar 25, 2025

You have saved our classroom by funding this project. We really needed this laser printer toner really badly. We just ran out and couldn't print worksheets or other ELA or Math work for students' class work or homework. Now we are able to continue developing students' learning throughout the school day or for homework. This printer toner is very important and necessary for my students' continued learning through the rest of the school year. There are still so much to teach and review with the students, so funding this project will continue their learning. Your support and generosity are greatly appreciated!!”

  • Portable Air Conditioner to Focus on Learning and Stop Nosebleeds!!

    Funded Feb 27, 2025

Thank you for this funding our project to get this portable air conditioner. You have saved us from overheating in the classroom. Weather is getting warmer and warmer. We are not enough air in our classroom. With this portable AC, it has made such a difference!! It oscillates the wind all around the classroom so everyone is getting a small breeze, even the students sitting in the back of the room while the AC is in the front of the room. They love it, and I love this feature too. By adding ice packs to the water, they make the breeze cooler and makes our room feel so comfortable that students can focus on learning rather than feeling the heat in the room. You don't know how much we appreciate this portable AC!! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!”

Being able to print out photos of the graduates to decorate their graduation stage will make their families really happy to see their children's faces. Also, being able to take pictures and print them out to go with photo frames that they are making for Mother's Day or Father's Day will help make it special for their families. Your support and generosity are really appreciated!!”

  • Emergency Healthy Snacks for the New Year!

    Funded Jan 17, 2025

Thank you for funding our project to get more healthy snacks for our class. We had just ran out of snacks in January 2025 so funding this project has made it possible to provide more healthy snacks for my students to eat for the rest of the school year. Some healthy snacks include go-yurts, apple sauces, fish crackers, welch fruit snacks, graham crackers, and Ritz crackers. My students look forward to snack them everyday so they work hard during the day to learn so they could enjoy eating the variety of snacks, By providing healthy snacks to my students, they are learning to identify more healthy snacks too!! Your support and generosity have help my students to eat less sugar and salt so they could focus on learning!!”

  • Keep Students' Food Fresh and Ready for Lunch!

    Funded Jan 15, 2025

We love our new refrigerator. Sometimes students bring in lunches that require frigerating to keep it cold or sometimes students bring in snacks like yogurts and apple sauces that need them to be kept cold. Having this roomy refrigerator has made our classroom more homey. This refrigerator also has a bigger freezer so we could keep ice cream or ices in the warmer months so children can have something cold to eat or even keep their water bottles colder so when they come back from recess.

Your support and generosity have added warmth to our classroom. Thank you so much!!”

  • Motivate Reading With Interactive Books and Black History Month Books!

    Funded Dec 31, 2024

It's Black History Month right now, so having these Black History Month books have helped my Kindergarten students to learn more about other Black figures besides Martin Luther King Jr. These famous black figures are people who can relate to my students because many of them are black. These black figures can help to motivate them to become more and better than where they are now. They can achieve their dreams if they try harder.

I also many ENL students who don't speak English so having these interactive books where they read to them will help them to learn English faster. These interactive books have super hero characters and Frozen/Princess characters that both boys and girls are familiar with so they would want to read them during our reading time.”

  • Decodable Readers to Build Strong Readers!!

    Funded Dec 27, 2024

Thank you for supporting my students to become confident and fluent readers. My Kindergarten students are starting to read CVC words by tapping out the letters so reading these CVC decodable books will make it easier for them to read the CVC words and basic sight words that we are learning. These decodable books have words with all 5 vowels so they are many opportunities for them to practice reading CVC words.

You never know how much it means to us that we have these decodable readers for my students to practice reading in class. Your support and generosity are greatly appreciated!!”
