  • Math on the Mind

    Funded Apr 1, 2024

    The funding of this project has been instrumental in helping develop a deeper understanding of mathematics with my students. The supplies that were provided allowed us to organize our classroom and make sure that math manipulatives are always within reach of the students. Relating the Numberblock characters with their pictures in the workbooks has helped students make basic math connections and grow their confidence.

    Since the pandemic, students are testing multiple grade levels behind in both reading and math scores. With the help of this supplies, students will close the gap and be closer to solving on level math problems.”

  • Wildcat Care Closet!

    Funded May 13, 2022

    Thank you so much for your continued support of my students! Since the Wildcat Care Closet was fully funded, it has made a tremendous impact on our school community and culture. Students now have access to basic self-care/beauty needs which allows them to turn their full attention to academics while at school. My students have really enjoyed being able to pick out items for their self-care bags and using the mirror and hair tools to look their best and feel their best for the day ahead. Your continued support means the world to the students at MCSWSE.”

  • Parent Resource Center!

    I am writing this letter to thank you for your generous donation to my classroom. The Family Engagement Reading and Math packs that were donated have helped my students daily. The packs are used during intervention time to provide scaffolded instruction to various students, and are also used as a tool for parents to work with their child at home. Any tool that gets the parents more involved is always a blessing.

    These supplies have helped my students to become more motivated, especially in math. Working with these materials has shown them that math is not a subject to fear, but one that can be conquered with practice.
