• Operation Classroom Printer

  The donation of plastic drawer units has been an absolute game-changer for organizing our classroom materials. Before, supplies were stuffed haphazardly into cabinets and boxes, making it difficult to find what was needed. Now, each type of material has its own clearly labeled drawer - labeled with the labels we printed with our thermal printer. The drawers have brought order to what was once classroom chaos, allowing students and teachers to focus more fully on the learning process. This generous donor gift has had a tremendously positive impact on our classroom organization and efficiency. The markers and magic erasers are just what we needed for our whiteboards, and the wipes will help us keep our tables and materials tidy and germ-free. Thank you again, so much!”

• Incentivize Me!

  Offering snacks and fidgets as incentives in a freshman English class can provide a multitude of benefits. Snacks can serve as positive reinforcement, motivating students to actively engage in discussions, complete assignments, and put forth their best efforts, while also creating a more relaxed and supportive classroom culture. Fidgets, on the other hand, can help students with restless energy or attention difficulties stay focused during lessons, providing a calming outlet for excess energy and allowing their minds to concentrate better on the academic material. Both incentives can address individual learning styles, sensory needs, and accommodate students with attention challenges, ensuring an equal opportunity to learn and succeed.   We are so thankful for the materials sent to us with this project.

  The privacy screens in the classroom have had a positive impact on student learning and well-being. They have helped to create a more focused and distraction-free environment. They have helped students concentrate on their work, minimize the temptation to look at their neighbors' screens, and reduce the overall noise and visual clutter in the classroom.

  Dry-erase boards have allowed for quick and easy response gathering, enabling me to assess student understanding in real time. This immediate feedback helps me identify areas where students may be struggling and adjust their instruction accordingly. For my students, the use of dry-erase boards encourages active participation and engagement.

  The label printer can be utilized for inventory management, helping teachers keep track of classroom supplies, textbooks, and other resources. We have already used it to organize and label our computer cart.”

• A Home for Our Books

  I'm so grateful for your generosity. Because of you, I am able to house many different types of books for my students to check out and enjoy. The shelf you helped provide in our classroom is very nice. It is as tall as I am, with 5 different spacious shelves to showcase the many different titles from which students have to choose. Having space on the shelves allows me to categorize books by genre, as well as having a "most requested" shelf at the top of the book shelf. My students were thrilled to unpack this shelf and to bring it to our AG department, that graciously assembled it for us. Thank you for contributing to our classroom!”

• Watch Me Grow: Hydroponic Garden Seed Kits

  It is always so exciting to receive new materials for our classroom garden. When the seeds arrived, the students immediately asked when we would plant them. Students claimed seed pods and we got to work planting. Being able to watch the growth cycle, watering, pruning, and feeding their plants has been a joy. It has also added a nice aesthetic to our classroom. The view is pretty and the aroma of the herbs and flowers is pleasant. The photos show the plants grown from the seeds. Thank you for contributing to the growth in our classroom - in more ways than one! :)”

• Operation Accelerated Reader 4

  I cannot even tell you how THRILLED I was to find out that this project was funded. So many of my students have been asking for new titles to choose from for their Accelerated Reader tests. I had a lot of requests for murder mysteries, twisted Disney tales (a huge hit in our classroom), and some books that are part of a series. Because of your generosity, we were able to add 20 new books to our shelves. When the students returned from Easter break and saw the new books on the shelves, they instantly went to look at them and many of them have since been checked out. Thank you for making this possible for us!”
