My students will be using Chromebooks daily in my classroom. We will use Google Classroom and Seesaw and other online learning programs to take the worksheets out of learning and make their learning hands-on and technology based. I would like to have the students use Google Classroom daily. Daily use of technology is essential in third grade so that the students are comfortable typing and utilizing the technological world. They will have assignments that can be started at school and finished at home using Google Classroom. The assignments can be modified for each student depending on their learning level. They will also be able make and present presentations with Google Slide. Seesaw is another tool that will be utilized daily with the Chromebooks. Students will record videos teaching each other concepts they have learned. They will also take pictures of their projects and give an online presentation about the project. They will take pictures of the books they are reading and explain why they liked the books and why their friends should read them. This can become a place for students to look for suggested reading title.
