My first graders are so excited to learn to read! They are continuing to grow and become more fluent readers each day. They feel so proud of themselves when they are able to read a book by themselves. I would love for my students to have books that will keep them engaged and motivated to read on their own whether they are in school or at home. To be able to select books, my students need to have a variety of leveled readers in our library. By having leveled reading books in our classroom library, my students will be able to grow in their reading ability and in their self-confidence as readers.
