Fantastic Fact Fluency
Funded Dec 4, 2019Wow! Thank you so much for supporting my math classroom!! My students and I feel completely blessed to have this project funded.
Teaching math facts to our school's most needy learners is a challenge that I welcome on a daily basis but having access to resources that encourage learning math facts in an engaging way has greatly enhanced my daily curriculum. Students have enjoyed using the 180 Days of Math Practice sprints as a way to spiral back through the curriculum. They have also loved playing Multiplication Bingo as a way to practice their math facts. I am able to see their growth on fluency through the use of timed tests from the resource I received with this project.
My students have already shown an improvement in math fact fluency due to the use of the resources from this project. I can't wait to see their growth through the end of the school year. Thank you again for your support of math education!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Thomas

Funded Oct 3, 2019I am blown away by the support that I have recently received for my classroom! Your donations went to purchasing learning area resources and activities for my amazing students in grades 3-5. Smiles lit up the classroom when I shared the new activities with them!
The Math Talk cards have promoted meaningful math discussions in the classroom. Students enjoy sharing strategies and ideas about how to solve grade appropriate problems. The Multi-Step Problem Task Cards have given students the opportunity to struggle and succeed with solving complex problems. The cards teach them to persevere through tough problems.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for supporting my classroom and helping to foster the love of math in the young minds of my students!”

Funded May 15, 2019My students and I are so grateful for the donations to our math classroom library! It was so exciting to open the box and see all of the next texts that would be available in our classroom. The joy showed on each of my students' faces.
We use our new math books at various times during the school day. Students have the opportunity to independently explore the books as a part of our math in literacy learning area. We have also used the books as a part of small group lessons to reinforce mathematical concepts in a new way. There are already so may benefits to having these books in my classroom and I am so thankful for the support from the Donor's Choose community.”
