• Help Special Education Students Enhance Their Learning!

  Thank you so much for your contribution to this project that directly benefited students in my class. The students were thrilled to receive the package and oozed enthusiasm as they helped me open the boxes.

  The students immediately grabbed the new totes and began to organize their materials. The new totes have really helped the students keep track of their materials. They have also made it so the classroom looks neater and more organized.

  The chart stand has been extremely beneficial to the students and their learning. Since we are no longer allowed to hang charts on the walls the students have been able to still use the charts when they are working.

• 4th Grade Centers

  The centers have become an integral part of every morning in the classroom. The students come in and independently go into their differentiated center. The organization bins have made it all the more easier for the students to do this independently, giving them more educational work time. The students were very excited for the centers set up and how neat it looked in the classroom. They look forward to using them every day. The fact that the drawers are color coded lets them find which center they need very quickly.

• Help Students In The South Bronx

  Thank you so much for your donations towards my project. The resources I received went directly to a class of special education students that I teach every day. My students were extremely excited to hear that our project had been fully funded and were on the look out for their "presents" everyday. The day the resources arrived was a special day for the class.

  When the students received the boxes of resources they opened them as if it were Christmas. They we overjoyed to see their new chair pockets. They immediately took their chair pockets to their tables and began to organize their materials. They quickly grabbed the new passes and hung them in place of the "old gross" passes they had been using.

  The students are using their resources on a daily basis. They have been able to stay extremely organized and have not been loosing their notebooks as a result of using their new chair pockets. They have been more accountable within the school building by using and remember to return the new passes to the classroom. The dry erase markers have made quick drills (practice of basic math facts) something that can be done quickly and efficiently everyday .”
