My students need two HP Chromebooks. With these, we will very close to a 2 students to 1 Chromebook ratio! Chromebooks are an excellent learning tool for every classroom. We use them for so many different things. One great way we will use them this year is to do nonfiction research. In second grade we have a nonfiction research project in which students will choose a topic that is interesting to them to study. They will have the opportunity to look up several online sources for information. The Chromebooks will be an important tool help them with this. A second way we use Chromebooks daily in our classroom, is for our online math and language arts activities. There are numerous online programs and activities that allow for us to use technology in the classroom. Two more will really help us get closer to our goal of a 1 to 1 classroom!
