iPads For Learning Adventures!

Thank you so much for your generous donation. Each of you helped to create an environment of learning and fun that helps to motivate students to keep working to their full potential. Your donation helped to purchase 4 iPad minis for my students to use. Each day, we use these iPads for reinforcing letters, letter sounds, reading skills, math skills and research.

The students are so excited each day when it is their turn to use the iPads. It gives me such joy to know that the iPads make them excited to learn. To me, that is what teaching is all about; children being excited to learn new things. By using iPads in our class, these children are being exposed to technology that they may not have at home. The use of these iPads is preparing them for a world full of technology. They are gaining skills that they will need in their future.

These iPads are exciting for all students, but especially those who speak little English and those who struggle academically. For these students, they are able to use apps that are targeted to their level of learning. It is helped them become more successful in their learning, and for this, I cannot say thank you enough. Without you, my classroom would not be the success that it is.”
