Technology is a huge part of the world that we live in. My students need to have exposure to technology in order to help them prepare for the world outside of our classroom walls. These iPads will allow my students to broaden their horizons and learn about things that interest them without the restrictions of where they are from. Allowing these students to have access to technology will greatly help them in their future endeavors, whatever they choose to do. Education is no longer a one size fits all model, especially not in my classroom. As a special education teacher, it is important for me to target students' individual needs. These iPads will provide me the opportunity to help students work toward their individual learning goals at their own pace.
