• Is It Chemistry? Yes, It's Slime!

  My students had so much fun making their own slime! It was wonderful to see their smiles and hear their shrieks and laughter! Some students became slime experts and helped others add just the right ingredients. Other students persevered until their slime came together and they were rewarded with just the right mixture. My students were so excited to share their new slime with each other and take it home to show their families!

  This was such a fun and rewarding activity! My students had a great time and I know this will be a repeat activity in the future!

• Moving Our Classroom Outside!

  It's so exciting when my students show me what they have created and are so proud! One of my favorite parts of my job is sharing these pictures with my students. Thank you for making this possible!

• Jumping Back Into Wellness Activities!

  Thank you so much for your generous donations of sports equipment including the basketball hoop, spike game, soccer balls, disc game, ring toss, ladder game, soccer goals, and other recess resources. These resources are being used throughout the school day for PE, recess, and after school programs.

  The students were so excited to see all of the new play equipment!! They couldn't wait to try everything out and the ladder game, ring toss, soccer goals, and spike game quickly became favorites.

• Learning in 3D

  Thank you so much for your generous donations!! My students had so much fun creating awesome 3D projects on Tinker CAD!! We had some delays in printing due to limitations of the pandemic and getting our 3D printer built and aligned, but I can't wait to finish printing all of the amazing creations that came from my students' imaginations. They will be so excited to see everything! I am donating the 3D printer for the use of our whole student body and can't wait to see what our students come up with next!!”

• Flexible Seating for All!

  Thank you for your generous donations!!! My students love using all of their new flexible seating options in the classroom. We have new wobble cushions, soft cushions, rocker chairs, stadium folding chairs, folding lap desks, stools, different size chairs, and wobble stools available to all students.

  My students were so excited every time that I got to introduce them to a new type of flexible seating. They are still excited every day and sometimes have a hard time deciding between two or more options!! :)

  It makes our school day more fun and exciting when they have different choices of not only where but how to sit in the classroom. Thank you!!

  I can't wait to continue adding more options for my students. I'm hoping to get some different lap desks, pillows to place against the wall, bands for on the chair legs, and some additional wobble stools. Please visit our classroom again and consider helping us take our classroom to the next level!”
