• Help My Fourth Graders Start Off With a Bang!

  Thank you so much for your generosity the smiles on my students say it all. They love having baskets for all their supplies. They are in easy reach and they have what they need to be ready to learn. I am very thankful to all who contributed to my project words cannot express how much. My students are all using these supplies every day and are happy to keep them organized. Many of our families struggle to get supplies every year and I like to help where I can. • Help Us Get Some New Novels

  You have helped contribute to my classes love of reading. They could not wait to start reading the new books. They love when new books arrive they all want to be the first to read it. By supporting my project you are contributing to a love of reading. Reading daily helps promote strong minds in children. It also helps encourage their imagination. Reading a good book also helps students relax and takes them to places they may never visit in their lifetime. This would not be possible without the donations made by people like you! • Help Us Start the School Year Strong!

  Thank you so much for donating to my project. My students needed some art supplies to help the create, and decorate the projects the are working on. We will be using the markers and crayons to help make art projects, create covers for reports. Students can use these supplies as they need to, these supplies will last for a long time. We use the notebooks to jot ideas, copy homework and journal. Thank you again for your generosity in helping my students succeed. Children need to feel successful in order to grow, you have helped my students do just that! Grow, thank you all!”

• Help Us Update Our Technology!

  Thank You so much for donating to my project. I now have enough technology for each students to have their own laptop. We use laptops almost daily in class to work on assignments in the google classroom and to publish our writing. We also use the technology to sharpen our math skills with "First In Math". Thanks to the generosity of donors like you we all have technology to use. Computers are a big part of the children's future and being able to access it daily in school is a big plus for my students.”

• Help Us Love Reading with Storyworks!

  The impact of "Storyworks" has had on my classroom is that it has given my students a new resource to learn reading. It helps kids learn what's happening in the real world. It presents this to them in a way that makes it easy for them to understand. The students really love doing the plays and debates that are in each magazine issue. There are plenty of resources with various reading skills. This resource is an excellent way to teach reading. I cannot thank you enough for sending this resource to help my students learn.”

• Help Us Learn Remotely With New Technology.

  Thank you for donating to my project the new technology is a great asset to my classroom. The students use the laptops everyday for their school work and to complete their daily assignments. With everything that is happening in our world today the computer has become a vital device. These children need to be ready for working in the 21st century and these new touch screens really help. • Help Us Store Our Books!

  We really needed our new baskets as you can see from our photos many of ours have broken. This happens as a product of regular use. We added 50 new books to our library and needed to store them. My students benefit from your generosity on a daily basis. Without you they would not have new books or bins to store them in. For students to develop a true love of reading they need exposure to good literature every day. Thanks to your help I have been able to do that for my students. I challenged them to read 40 books this school year and I am happy to inform you that 20/27 of them have already completed that challenge. This is mostly thanks to your generosity.”

• We Do Legos 2.0

  Thank You so much for bringing this wonderful opportunity to my students. You can see from the smiles on their faces how much they are looking forward to creating wonderful things with the Lego's. With this sets we will be able to make simple machines and program them to do a tasks. Technology is the wave of the future and now my students are equipped for life in the 21st century. • Legos with Leonardo

  Funded May 17, 2016

  My students enjoy being creative. This project and its materials allow them to express their creative side. The really enjoyed learning about Leonardo Davinci and recreating his work. Lego's happen to be perfect for this task, because they come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They designed his early flight machine, a tank, and even a lego replica of the Mona Lisa! They love being able to create these works of art. Thank you for bringing this experience to my students. I can not thank you enough.”
