Our school is trying something new. We just got authorized as an International Baccalaureate school. We are excited to start a program that is student focused. We are not a charter, but a public school. We want the best for our students even though they are English Learners, at-risk, low income, regular and special education students. This science club, we are bringing back, has no funding, and the teachers are volunteers since it is after-school. We need hands-on materials to help motivate and excite our group to get into and want to learn more about science. The non-consumable / reusable items can also be used by our gifted after-school group. I am also a volunteer for that program as well.
