The materials and supplies that I am requesting are to help students have access to different genres of books inside our classroom. Many of my students do not have their own books at home, and I would love to provide as many books as possible to them inside the classroom walls. These books are read during free reading time, small reading group time and read aloud time with me and my students. I also would love to get more hands-on manipulatives for my students to play and explore with. These games will help develop my students' sense of numbers, patterns and allow them to do so in a hands on way.
