I am a member of my school's special education team. I serve students with communication disorders at a neighborhood school in Chicago, Illinois. My school has a tremendous amount of heart and it is evident how much the staff, teachers, and parents care for their students. But like many kids, my students often do not have opportunities to interact with quality, educational supplies outside of the school. In spite of this, my students are bright, engaging, and interesting kids, full of questions and eager to learn all they can. It is an honor working with this amazing bunch of kids and I am amazed on a daily basis of their inquisitiveness and eagerness to learn!
