• A Zen-Den/Library Upgrade

  Funded Sep 23, 2024

  Thank you so much for your contribution towards this project. Our Zen-Den/Classroom Library was in need of new seating to relax, destress, have conversations with friends, and to enjoy the wide selection of books that I have to offer. Students are constantly looking for spaces in which they can disconnect from school work and home life, so providing this space is a huge help in their mental health.

  My students were so excited to seeing the new improvements in the space. They are constantly aware it exists, so when they are done with their work for the day, they move over to it. Its a great way to get students to finish their work and gives them a space they can enjoy before heading over to the next class.”

• Ceramic Glazes Restock

• Acrylics For Everyone

  Thank you so much for your contribution towards this project! Without your help, our class would not have been able to finish off the year with high motivation and desire to create art. Students were excited to recieve their own canvas board and be able to create an original artwork using acryllic paint. It is my goal to provide students an environment to experiment and create works of art that they will thrive in.

  Your help continues to provide new materials for students to explore and learn with, while fostering a positive learning environment. I continue to think of ways of how to expose and challenge my students with new projects, materials, artwork, and various opportunities outside the classroom.”

• Ceramic Essentials!

  Thank you so much for your contribution towards making our ceramic class an innovative and exciting environment for ceramic exploration and development. Students were thrilled to see new materials for them to explore with and use towards their projects. Students continue to raise up to the challenge of every project and continue to complete them on their own. Through the use of new clay and glazes, students dove into creating several projects such as ceramic shoes, houses, and coil pots.

  It's been very exciting seeing the students create their own projects and continue to stay after school to refine and prefect their work for completion. This would not have been possible with patrons like you.”

• Glazes Galore

  Funded Aug 21, 2023

  Thank you so much so for your generous contribution. With your help, students were able to glaze their work with a variety of new and exciting glazes. Glazes have always provided a mystery for students, as they never know how they will fire in the kiln, so it was nice to have them experiment with colors. Students quickly jumped at the opportunity to use the new glazes and paint their coil pots, houses, and shoes.

  Having new materials at a new like ours, makes it possible to continue to provide several new experiences and opportunities for students to develop as artists.”

• Mastering Film Photography Today

  Funded Mar 27, 2024

  Thank you so much for making this project possible! My students were excited to work with disposable film cameras the minute they arrived. Many students have not had the opportunity to work with these cameras because it does cost a lot to get them developed. I taught them how to set up the camera, ensure they have the flash on, and how to set up the perfect shot. This taught students patience as they had to wait for their photos to get developed and printed.

  I had several other students interested in receiving a camera, which means that I have to do it again next year!”
