I feel every student should have access to art supplies to tap into their creativity. I am asking for the necessary materials that can be used to enhance colorful art activities. These activities involve building fine motor skills that not only assists with creating art but also in learning how to write. Molding model magic or playdough, as well as picking up and pressing on small accent pieces to an art project not only gives children the opportunity to express themselves creatively but helps develop fine motor skills. These activities foster creativity and engage students in cross curricular art projects that hold students' attention and make learning fun. Art-based activities improve critical-thinking skills. Art supplies are being cut from the budget each year and keeping students engaged becomes more difficult.
