  • Supplies, Supplies

    Funded Mar 25, 2025

The generosity shown to this classroom has made a meaningful difference in the daily experiences of these students. Their excitement and curiosity grow when they have the tools they need to engage, explore, and succeed. Whether it’s new materials, resources, or opportunities, each contribution helps create a space where learning feels exciting and accessible.

These students deserve the best, and because of this support, they are getting closer to that reality every day. The ability to provide hands-on experiences, enhance lessons, and meet students where they are wouldn’t be possible without these donations. Moments of understanding, confidence, and joy in learning happen more often because someone chose to invest in them.

Every act of kindness leaves an impact far beyond what can be seen immediately. The effects of this generosity will continue to be felt in the way students approach challenges, build knowledge, and see their own potential. It means the world to have a community that believes in them and their education.”

  • Having Fun Learning

    Funded Nov 2, 2024

Thank you so much for your generosity in supporting our classroom project, Having Fun Learning! The excitement on my students' faces when they first saw the new materials was priceless. They immediately dove in, eager to explore and engage with the resources in ways that made learning feel like an adventure. Whether using hands-on tools to grasp tricky math concepts or collaborating on activities that spark creativity, these materials have made a world of difference in our daily lessons.

With these resources, my students have been able to build confidence and deepen their understanding in ways that weren't possible before. One of my favorite moments was watching a group of students who typically struggle with engagement come together, laughing and problem-solving, completely immersed in their learning. These moments remind me why I became a teacher—because learning should be fun, accessible, and meaningful for every child.

Moving forward, these materials will continue to support my students as we tackle new challenges and explore deeper learning. I am incredibly grateful for your kindness and support—it truly makes an impact in ways that go beyond the classroom. Thank you for believing in my students and in the power of education!”

    Funded Sep 15, 2024

We've recently started incorporating the new resources into our lessons, and they've been an amazing addition to our classroom! One of our recent projects allowed students to use hands-on materials to explore key concepts, making the learning process much more engaging. When the students first saw the materials, their faces lit up with excitement, and they were eager to dive in and explore.

Going forward, we'll be using these resources to support our current unit and deepen their understanding through interactive activities. The next steps will involve applying these materials to further develop their skills, building on what they've learned so far. The students are truly motivated, and I'm excited to see their progress continue.”

  • We Love Math

    Funded May 19, 2024

The technology you provided has become an essential tool in our classroom, greatly enhancing the way my students learn. We use interactive apps and programs that make lessons more engaging and personalized. For example, students can now work on math problems or reading comprehension at their own pace, receiving instant feedback that helps them improve in real-time. This not only increases their understanding but also builds their confidence as they see their progress.

What excites the students most about the new technology is its interactive nature. Whether it's collaborating on digital projects, using virtual simulations to explore scientific concepts, or practicing problem-solving through fun educational games, the technology has made learning feel more like an adventure. The ability to learn with tools that respond immediately to their actions has really kept them motivated and curious.

Several students, in particular, have shown remarkable progress since incorporating the technology. One student who struggled with traditional learning methods has thrived in using interactive apps for math, significantly improving their skills and understanding. Another student, who is typically quiet in class, has found their voice during collaborative digital projects, using the technology to confidently share ideas with their peers. These moments remind me just how impactful these tools can be in fostering both academic and personal growth.

Thank you again for making this possible!”

  • Sports and Fun

    Funded Jul 15, 2024

I am excited to share how your generous contributions of sports equipment have already made a positive impact in our classroom! We recently completed a project where students used the new equipment to explore teamwork, goal-setting, and perseverance. One specific moment that stands out was during a group relay activity, where students had to strategize and work together to complete each challenge. It was incredible to see how quickly they learned the importance of communication and collaboration through physical activity.

When my students first saw the new equipment, their faces lit up with excitement and curiosity. They couldn't wait to dive in and start using everything from the soccer balls to the jump ropes. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and it was clear that they were thrilled to have these new tools to make recess and PE much more engaging and fun.

As we move forward, the next step in our sports unit will be focusing on personal goal-setting and physical health. Students will track their progress in different skills, like running, jumping, or shooting baskets, and reflect on how they can improve. Thanks to your donations, we can now create an active learning environment that combines physical fitness with life skills like resilience and determination. We're truly grateful for your support!”

Thank you for your donations to our classroom. We have used all of these math items in our daily lessons. Math manipulatives make learning math interesting and enjoyable. They give students the choice of working on a page of problems or solving a problem with colorful and interestingly shaped blocks, and there's no contest. Manipulatives intrigue and motivate while helping students learn.

When the students first saw the boxes of materials donated by you their eyes lit up. They were so excited to receive the manipulatives that you sent. Thank you so much!”

"Ms. Thomas! Ms Thomas! I can't hear my lesson." This is everyday struggle in my classroom. For 30-45 minutes a day my students get differentiated instruction based on their specific needs. During this time I'm working with a small group of students on a math skill that they are falling behind in. While the other students are working on a computer program called I-Ready that's also meeting their individual needs. The problem is that we don't have enough headphones for the students working on the computer and the headphones we do have aren't working properly either. So this causes students to misinterpret their lessons because they are hearing different instructions from another student's lesson. Additionally, it also interrupts the small group instruction that I am giving in the back of the classroom. Please help us with a class set of headphones so that my students can hear and focus on their math lessons. Thank you.
