The students served in the PASS unit are some of the most intelligent, energetic, and loving students one could ever work with. Each one of them holds some degree of an emotional disturbance brought on either chemically or as a result of the environment they are a product of. Disability aside, each one is a unique individual and all have very high aspirations to do good things with their lives in their post secondary careers. Their talents are insurmountable ranging from singers to butting artists, athletes, to even an honor student or two. Our school in general is one that sets very high standards both academically and behaviorally. These standards have culminated with our school being the sole high school in our district to receive two distinctions and a state acceptable rating for standardized testing.
