My looping 6/7 science classroom at Lincoln Middle School contains a very diverse range of learners from all over the world. It is made up of 86 students comprised of several english language learners with parents who recently migrated to Maine, three new-combers who are very new to the english language, 15 students who are supported by special education services, and a wide variety of learning abilities. The one thing all of my students have in common is an excitement and enthusiasm to engage in science investigations as well as other activities I offer during and after school. Being new to this school I have just begun posting on our classroom blog the happenings in our classroom, please take a moment to see some of of videos, student work, and other fun events that have taken place this year already. https://lmsrumsey.blogspot.com/
