• Let's Get Our Space Organized!

  Thank you so much for helping to fund this project. Having more options to keep our space organized, such as the bookcases and other items in this project, will keep our students more on track.

  These items will not only help our current students, but will also help students for many years to come. Your generosity showed my students that people care about their academic success. Many times, students from my school are underestimated because of their socioeconomic status and ethnic background. Thank you for showing them that somebody cares.

• A Great Microphone Is Needed for All Our Digital Projects

  This microphone will make a great addition to our toolbox for creating digital projects, practicing virtual job interviews, college application interviews, and all kinds of projects. The microphones that are embedded into Chromebooks are often of minimal quality, and this new microphone will make a big difference in the quality of the sound used in all of the projects that our students complete.   Our space is pretty organized; however, with so many students, a few options to get even more organized now is amazing. Thank you for helping us get some storage solutions to keep our space and my students organized!

  Organizing a space with many students can prove to be challenging. The storage items, such as the drawer units and the other ways to get organized will help keep our space organized, teach our students how to stay organized, and help them stay focused. • Positive Reinforcement

  You are truly amazing! Thank you so much for funding this project. My students will benefit from positive reinforcement such as these snacks. The various snacks will also help the students remain focused and energized in class. Everybody can use a little pick-me-up mid-afternoon or in the afternoon. Thanks to you, my students will have a little pick me up throughout the day and some positive reinforcement when they deserve it. • Double the Learning With Double Screens

  Funded Aug 15, 2024

  While working with students 1 on 1, I find having two monitors is very helpful. By utilizing two monitors, I can open multiple windows and applications simultaneously. Giving our students a second monitor alleviates so much strain on their eyes, and are much more willing to participate if they can read and view on multiple screens! A second monitor is beneficial for creating interactive projects and group documents for my students. Having this second screen allows my students to be more productive and eliminates wasted time switching back and forth between browsers. Having dual monitors is a game changer that allows me to connect with my students now more than ever! Thank you so much for helping to fund this project.”

• Positive Reinforcement

  My students will benefit from positive reinforcement such as stickers and snacks. Various snacks will also help the students remain focused and energized in class. Everybody can use a little pick-me-up mid-afternoon or in the afternoon. Positive reinforcement helps my students to be successful in the classroom and it helps to build positive relationships.

  Snacks can help encourage concentration and re-energize tired students, and stickers can be a great motivator (even for high school students). Thank you so much for helping to fund this project. My students and I are very grateful for your generosity.”

• Kleenex Tissues for Clean Noses

  Funded Apr 16, 2024

  These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by helping them keep their runny noses to themselves. It is so important that students use good hygiene and use a tissue when needed. My students use tissues regularly throughout the day. These tissues will help make sure we have enough for everyone to use when needed. Some students are prone to runny noses and some students have seasonal allergies. Tissues are a popular classroom material that always seems to run out. It would be so nice to have a lot of tissues in my classroom so we don't have to worry about running out. Thank you so much for making this possible.”
