By offering my students wobble seats, they will have instant sensory feedback, allowing them to stay connected to the lesson at hand! They can wiggle while we work! This will help students who have a hard time staying still by allowing them a positive environment where movement is not only allowed, but encouraged. The window shelves and visual planters will show students exactly how plants use their roots to nourish themselves and grow! Students will learn how the plants are cleaning the air in our classroom and growing some tasty snacks. Plants in the classroom have also been shown to have a calming effect on the students and the teacher alike!
