• Headphones for Everyone!

• Positive Incentives

  My students were greatly appreciative of the positive incentives they have received. We were able to have a healthy snack when we completed set goals for ourselves. We also had some creative projects that our class earned as a reward for good behavior. One of the projects was to paint window light catchers. This was a great hit and my students defiantly recommend this activity for future rewards. Another group project that students earned for good behavior was a slime party! This was a class favorite!”

• Engaging Activities

  Thank you for allowing me the ability to create fun engaging learning activities for my students. I was able to provide great learning extension projects to help deepen students knowledge of a certain topic. For example, after we read a book learning about young change makers in our world. Students were able to create trifold brochure highlighting a "Change Maker" of their choice. We were able to created many memorable activities and projects. We really enjoyed our fun snacks and exciting motivational prizes to keep us engaged and encouraged with our current work.”

• Set for Success

  Thank you for your help to bring my students the organization material they needed to have a good year in my 2nd grade classroom. The student binders with dividers help my students keep all their materials organized.

  Each student has 5tabs in their binders. The tabs are labeled, Spelling, Grammar, Vocabulary, Decodable Readers, High Frequency words. Student s use these daily to access materials that they have already learned and to review or practice something we are currently working on. This is great because I teach 2 homerooms of reading and I only have tables. This is how I keep my class materials separate from each other. Again thank you for helping me be a better teacher to my students.”

• Developing Strong Fluent Readers

  My students have been greatly impacted by your donations. Each student has their own headphones. In the pictures you can see my students enjoying reading books online. Students are able to read along as the book is read aloud to them as well. This has opened up so many more possibilities for my students. My students can low listen to content on their individual reading level. The headphones make it so they are not distracted by anyone else or their computers. I truly enjoy seeing their faces light up when they find a book to read on the computer. Also, if there is ever a virtual day my students will be prepared with headphones to help them focus on their studies.”
