Thank you for your generosity in getting our project fully funded. We appreciate your kindness and are truly thankful. My students were truly excited when our mini projector arrived. • Math Stars Gonna Write!

    Funded Nov 13, 2024

Because of you, my terrific third grade scholars now have new dry erase markers to write on their whiteboards. They got the markers just in time to use them for their fraction activity. The markers make learning fun and interactive. Because of you and your financial contribution, ALL STUDENTS now have the same opportunity to have multiple dry erase markers to use daily to enhance their mathematics learning experience. This makes our 3rd grade math class flow easier and provides joy in our math lab. Thank you so much for making this a reality!”

  • Inked Out!

    Funded Nov 13, 2024

Thank you for your kindness and generosity which has afforded us to get our project fully funded. We now have the necessary refill inks to continue to see print and photos in color. I am excited and grateful that you all chose to support my group of fabulous third graders. After our ink arrived, I printed some resources that were beneficial to my 3rd graders, as well as took pictures of them for to post outside of our classroom. My scholars are appreciative for the opportunity to see things printed in color because there was a time when everything was plain (black and white.)

    Thanks again!”

I teach at a high poverty school. All of our students receive free lunch. They come from mixed social, economic, academic and cultural backgrounds. My students are full of life and they love learning and accepting the daily challenges of third grade. They enter our classroom every day prepared to learn and willing to do their personal best. They strive to meet the demands of our challenging curriculum. Technology has played a role in helping us to close the achievement gap, but we are in need of more devices. My SPED students are working diligently to meet their IEP goals. My other students are hard at work learning to cite evidence, analyze passages, and respond to writing prompts.
