• Let's Have Some Fun With a New Playground!!

• A Colorful Classroom!!

  From the bottom of my heart, I am thankful for all your donations. At the end of the school year, my students were able to see their pictures and take them home. For our graduation, we decorated the outside with printed pictures from the SELPHY printer. Families were excited and thankful to see and take these keepsakes home forever.

  This school year has been much easier with the printer, and students can see a picture of themselves or with a classmate. It has been a blessing to turn the printer on and use the app to print the pictures.”

• Remote Learning Success

  I want to express my gratitude to you all. During these times of need, I was able to find support from many individuals. The items in this personal item supply pack are perfect for my students. The first time that the students saw the supply pack, they were overjoyed and said thank you. My students can use the materials at home on Wednesdays for our whole and small groups. We can practice our letters with flashcards. In addition, students can use the notebook and markers to express themselves through drawing. They have been able to identify numbers by using tactile number cards. On Wednesdays, we focus on different letters, and students can use their flashcards to find the focus letter and use construction paper, glue sticks, scissors, and markers to re-create the letter.”

• Let's Get Moving!!!

  Thank you for your extreme generosity and for making this the Best School Day Ever!!! The students in the school had the opportunity to have an outside playground, scooters, basketball and soccer ball. We were able to see their gross motor skills improve by the end of the year. When the students first saw the materials, they were very excited. In the beginning, some of them asked for help when getting on the glider; however, in the end, they were experts. For many of them, it was the first time riding a scooter. Other students learned how to play basketball and soccer. It was the best spring ever for the students in our school. Thank you.”

• Let's Make Reading Fun

  With great pleasure i want to let you know that my student's enjoyed every minute with the materials. I just want to say thank you because you have expanded their knowledge of math and language skills. One of my students came to the classroom in the month of May, and when he played the word building game, he began saying letters in English. The storytelling kit allowed my students to get familiar with a book and retell the story using the felt board. My students favorite game was sorting fishes into the right tank. After they sorted, they counted to see which one had less or more.”

• Lets explore Plants!

  I am so excited to tell the donors that my students have enjoyed every material in for our plant unit. The timing was perfect.. We received our plants material the week we started our plant unit. The students, parents and teachers are grateful for having such wonderful donors.

  When my students saw the See it grow it plant lab they thought that the seeds wouldn't grow in the dark. After taking it out of the closet, they couldn't believe that seeds didn't need water or the sun to grow. I just loved their face expressions. The plants magnetic activity was a great way for them to interact and learn more about the life cycle of plants. With the plants Instant learning center, my students loved using the stamps and labeling the different parts of the plant. The children were able to experience how plants grow using hands on material.
