Thank you for your continuous support that make opening a box so exciting for my preschoolers and reminds them they are important and having amazing people cheering them on.
My preschoolers were very excited to play with robots that transformed into numbers and made learning fun. The math Manipulative's not only help straighten their fine motor skills, but also created an engaging activity that involved counting and number recognition. In the black area students were able to build with blocks and use the wooden block numbers initiate conversations and recognize numbers and their environment.
There are no words I can say to express how much this means to me. To see my preschoolers learning while having fun. All of this wound not be possible without your support.”

I am beyond grateful for the support and donations you have provided to ensure my students have the tools needed to make healthy choices.
The hygiene tub provided hands on Manipulative's my preschoolers could use to learn about hand washing, how germs spread and how to stay healthy. In addition they were able to apply the knowledge they gained to everyday situations.
During the flu season we were able to review the correct way wash hands, cover sneezing and this reduced the number of students getting sick with the flu or other virus.
I will continue to use this resource with future students as I teach them how germs spread and methods to keep healthy.”

A classrooms building areas is not complete without large blocks for students to let their imagination run wild creating new inventions from rocket ships to towers. My students have use the large blocks as a way to collaborate in small group and practice turn taking, sharing ideas and planning and being able to carry out their plan.
When the blocks first arrived my students were excited and asking who sent us a gift. In small group we took turns to taking out the blocks and placing them onto our new shelve and creating rules when using blocks. They all took turns building with the blocks during free in door exploration.
As we enter January we are learning all about buildings and how to create a building with classroom materials. The large building blocks will support us learning during this building unit.”

My students were speechless when they arrived to school to find out our water table had arrived and was ready to be used. Their little faces lit up glee and excitement to play with water activities during outdoor exploration.
The materials I obtained has offered my students endless opportunities to explore through the use of our new outdoor/ indoor water-table. Over the last coupe months we were able to engage in science experiments sink and float, we made snow for sensory, Math: measurements, water transferring while we were learning same and different.
All the learning opportunities, through hands-on activities would not been possible without the generous donors who supported this project and made it possible for my students to have access to a water table outdoors and indoors.”

The current feeling I am experiencing is beyond what words can express. I feel very fortunate for generous donors who support teachers and local community schools to ensure educators have the materials necessary. The Mac mini will enable me to have different methods to communicate with parents and further support the use of digital materials during class.”

Young children learn and understand new concepts through the art of play. For many of my young students (3 yr. -4 yrs.) this is their first school experience. The materials I am requesting for my project will target social- emotional, cognitive, language domains and will act as an extension for Creative Curriculum units that we will cover throughout the year. The units include signs, clothes, community workers, Simple Machines Study, healthy eating habits and families.
The Dramatic play materials will expose students and familiarize them with different occupations and tools used. During Preschool, children usually attend their first dental appointment, learn about healthy eating habits, and become interested in different community occupations that they are unfamiliar with and leads to stress. In addition, the PALS students who mainstream in my classroom will benefit from this materials as-well.
