  I cannot begin to thank you enough for your donations. I am so incredibly grateful for you all. I am able to organize my students' materials and provide them with a chance to work on their motor skills using the dot-a-dot markers.

  As teachers, we always try to find new and engaging ways to teach lessons and I think with your help I can accomplish that this year. I really look forward to showing you how the materials are being put to use throughout the classroom.

• Carpet Cleaning

  The donation you have provided to my classroom has been so useful. The children are able to participate in whole group activities on a clean carpet. Having a vacuum in a class where the carpets are used regularly is so incredibly important. With your help anything is possible, and I truly cannot explain to you how thankful we are.

  It's hard to believe sometimes that there are people out there willing to help my classroom be a better place for my students.

  With clean carpets the children are able to play freely with the toys and feel comfortable while sitting listening to stories.”

• Career Exploring

  Thank you so much for your help in my classroom. It is greatly appreciated that you are willing to contribute to my student's education. At this early age, the children learn very well through play and being able to explore careers has a huge benefit for their future. I am so grateful that you are willing to help me make my students lives better through exposure to new materials in their lives.

• Toys as Resources

  I truly cannot begin to describe the happiness on the children's faces when we opened the delivery boxes. I now have materials that are age appropriate and working for the children to explore all the different subjects on their own such as science, math, literacy and social studies. It's incredible how through playing with toys truly is how these children learn.

  In the classroom many of these children are being exposed to materials for the very first time and get overwhelmed with excitement. I truly appreciate your contribution to my classroom and thinking about how to make children's lives better.”

• Promoting Student Independence

  I am so incredibly thankful for your donation. The coat lockers have been used for their bookbags, so the children are not tripping over them all day long. The lockers help the students gain a sense of independence. The children are provided with a specific box labeled with their name and they are able to take ownership of their belongings. We promote independence through the use of the little cubbies where they place all their work daily to have a safe place for keeping all week long.

  The lockers have been a great addition to the classroom. With the use of the lockers i have also been able to enhance the safety of the classroom. Before receiving the lockers, the children had their bookbags hanging on their chairs which caused safety hazards in their walking spaces. but now, the children have much more space to move around.

• Attention Grabbers

  The materials provided help the children stay focused throughout lessons. I use the doorbell to call their attention and for transitions throughout the day.

  The children absolutely love the doorbell, it makes them feel at home when someone is at the door. The students have really enjoyed the use of the dots on the floor to ensure they are able to sit in their spots and stay focused.

  The students have really enjoyed the use of the dots on our small group table to ensure they have their own space to work and they can even write on the circles.

• Hooray for Informational Books!

  With the use of these books, the children will be able to learn our new monthly theme so much better. We have just begun a lesson on animals and their habitats, and the books came just in time.

  I cannot express to you how happy my students were when I opened up the box full of books. I am so thankful to have these books now. The kids have already really enjoyed the books and we just got them, they are finally able to see real-life things (animals, places, vehicles, etc.)

  I have one student who has been asking so much for a shark book, and we finally have one with your help. They are all truly obsessed with the additions to our reading center and I couldn't have done it without you.”

• R&R: Rest and Recuperation!

  I am truly lucky to be part of the teaching profession. As a Pre-K teacher, I have seen how much people are willing to help us make our everyday lives in the classroom that much better. With your help, I was able to finally give my students updated beds for their rest time.

  Thank you all for your careful consideration in making my students' lives better. With their rest time, they are able to get more energy for the rest of their day. The children look forward to their rest time now that they have these cots and can rest properly.”

• Welcoming Environment!

  I am so thankful for your donation. Using the materials provided I have been able to decorate for my students and make the classroom somewhere they want to be, not somewhere they have to be. My goal has always been to make my class feel like a home to my students and your help has done just that. The materials have helped me create a very welcoming environment filled with colors everywhere. I was able to hang the rainbows from the ceiling to create the illusion of a sky. I used the classroom rules hanging banner to give the children a visual representation of what is expected of them. Finally, I used the posters throughout the class to help the children with their learning.
