  Thank you for your recent donation of printer ink. The color ink has already been put to good use in printing resources for supporting the academic progress of my students. The ink has helped to print vocabulary charts, modified texts, and anchor charts to help support their learning. In addition, to help print extra practice to reinforce what is being taught in the classroom. It has also been used to create vocabulary charts for other content areas such as Math, Social Studies, and Science. Thank you once again for your support.”

• Can I Hear You? Part 2

  Thank you for donating for the headphones. The students use their Chromebooks for online based activities so it's important that they have headphones in order provide minimal distractions for other students. The students love the headphones as they are comfortable and help them stay focused on the activities they are doing whether it's a Reading or Math lesson on the online based platform i-Ready or for an online assessment in Reading or Math.

  It has also helped my students be responsible for their own materials as they know they have to take care of their headphones in order for them to last the entire school year.”

• Getting Ready for Fourth Grade!

  Thank you for supporting this project request earlier this year. These transition summer workbooks were a great gift to give my students for the summer as they transitioned from third grade to fourth grade. Some parents had mentioned to me how much they loved having something academic for them to do over the summer. The workbook featured a variety of activities that reviewed third grade concepts while also providing an introduction to what will be expected this upcoming school year. Thank you once again!”

• Book Baggies to Keep Us Organized! Part 3

  Thank you for donating for the book baggies for my classroom. The students were very excited when they saw the package arrive to the classroom. It has made a lot of difference in keeping the students books organized. The students have been very responsible with keeping their books in their baggies when they are not using them. We haven't had the need to change baggies since these bags are very durable and sturdy. The bags are very colorful as well and it matches the seat sacks in the classroom.

• Children's Books in French!

  Thank you so much for supporting our students whose home language is French. The students were so excited when they saw the brand new books. The students that benefited from these books arrived to our school this year from Togo and the Ivory Coast. Transitioning to a new school in a new country has been challenging, but they are so eager to learn. Now they have books in their home language, they can feel more empowered when it comes to independent reading.
