I will grow professionally by utilizing materials and analyzing what types of learning methods work and what will not work for my scholars in the classroom. The methods I learned in the classroom will benefit my students because students are not able to focus or concentrate without being comfortable. The materials and methods I use will help students transition from being home during the pandemic to returning back in the classroom. With the materials that were chosen, this will allow my scholars to make the smooth transition I am aiming for. Most scholars have different learning techniques they are comfortable with. Some scholars are comfortable on the floor, in a bounce bag, or even in a regular seat. The seating choices that are chosen will create a better environment for all of my scholars. The learning games that were chosen will benefit the scholars because they are some of the most important standards located on the end of the year testing (Georgia Milestones). They will see these standards mainly throughout the year, so I feel that the learning games are the most effective and engaging.
