Additional flexible seating options will allow my students to learn both independently and collaboratively in the limited space that we have in our lab. 28 7th grade bodies can fill up a room! The compact tractor seats are especially a favorite among my students. I have one of my own that I use as my teacher chair, and let's just say that I rarely get to use it because one of them usually ends up with it (with my permission), since I don't get to sit often during the school day anyway. The chair bands will help tremendously with my students who have a lot of energy, and the picnic-style chairs would be great for my students who like to stretch out while they are reading and during our daily mindful meditation exercises.
