Future Engineers!
Funded Mar 27, 2018I cannot thank you enough for your donation of technology equipment and manipulative's. We received all of the supplies we ordered successfully and I am so enthusiastic to get to each and every project. The students saw the boxes and their faces lit up as if it were Christmas in the Tech Lab. The first items we used were the windmills to demonstrate renewable energy. This is so important in today's world with pollution effecting our environment.
My students were so proud of their wind mill projects that were put together for Earth Day. The the theme for the entire school was reduce, reuse and recycle. Our students displayed their wind mills and explained that it is renewable energy. Every time they passed them in the hallway display. They were so excited to demonstrate how they worked. It was a highly motivating project that your donation made possible.
Our next project will be the Smart circuits project. The will be using a computer program that simulates the proper way to apply an LED light in a completed circuit. After we have completed the computer simulator we will use the smart circuit materials to complete a hands on assembly of a completed circuit with an LED light included.”

Creation Station
Funded Mar 9, 2016Dear Donors,
I would like to thank you on behalf of my students for your generous donations. My students are truly enjoying the items you have gifted them. They frequently use the items in the classroom.
My students often sit at the creation station to keep them engaged in between centers. Often times children complete center work at different times and students who complete center work early can utilize the art station while they are waiting to go to their next center. They also ask to earn time at the station for a reward upon completion of tasks.
We have looked up several Pinterest projects that utilize the materials you have donated to the creation station. Hearts, Mother's Day flowers, and father's day picture frames are just a few things we have already done. Self inspired water color pictures that bring color and joy to our classroom.”
