I am a general education teacher in an inclusive 3K classroom in Queens, New York. My students have a wide range and varying degrees of differing abilities. Some students are nonverbal and using assistive technology and some that are always talking. My co-teacher and I have created numerous individualized behavior, language, and academic supports to ensure that we am setting my students up for academic and social success. We must ensure that we reach our students using different teaching methods and learning styles as much as we possibly can. This poses a challenge as we have limited resources and funding to provide our students with that opportunity. I know that myself, my co-teacher, and my students will greatly appreciate any help we get through our projects and your generous donations!
