• Love to Learn and Earn

  We were so excited to receive our donor's choose packages! It always gets the students so excited to see what is inside. We love getting new items for our treasure box. The students work hard everyday to earn points that they can spend to buy these items on Fridays. In this package we received items like gum, sour patch kids, suckers, slime, and much more. This kids favorite this time was the slime! They worked hard to earn time in the afternoon to play with it during school. This was an amazing reward! Thank you so much for helping make my classroom fun!”

• Learn It, Earn It, and Buy It! Class Store Needs

  Thank you so much for contributing to our classroom project. My students are really enjoying all of the new items in our class store!

  This year the behavior in our classroom has been amazing! These students are learning how to control their action, follow directions, and best of all.... help others!!

  They get so excited about getting to spend their points on the new items. There are so many great options and that they are doing math in their head to try to figure out if they can buy everything they want. What a great life experience!”

• Headphones for the Win!

  Funded May 7, 2019

  Thank you so much for your donation! Donors like you make a world of difference. Before this project was complete my students used old headphones that were not in good shape to say the least. Some only had sound in one ear, some had sound that glitches, and some had to go without.

  I am so pleased with the headphones we received. The original ones I had selected did not work out. They were not loud enough and many did not work. I was able to return them and select different ones. I picked out some that were a little more expensive and better rated. (Note to self.. CHECK RATINGS BEFORE SELECTING NEXT TIME!) The new ones work perfectly for my students. However, since they were more expensive I wasn't able to get 1:1 like I was hoping. I will be creating a new one with hopes that they can be 1:1 next year. The new headphones have great sound quality and are extra comfortable! Thank you so much for supporting classrooms like mine!”

• Learn It, Earn It, and Buy It! Class Store Needs

  Funded May 7, 2019

  Thank you so much for your donation to our classroom. With your donation we were able to by several things for our class store. Things like slime, slap bracelets, silly putty, candy, and sticky hands. My students were so excited to see all the new items they had the opportunity to buy. This year we learned how to double digit add, subtract, and all about money. They were able to apply this new knowledge in a real life situation and buy they things they really wanted. They had to think about what they wanted and how much money they had to spend on it and eventually made that hard decision on what they wanted most with the amount they had. This is such and amazing life lesson!”
