Our Post Secondary program helps adult students with disabilities aged 18-22 years reach their fullest potential before they age out of the public school system. We want to teach our students the importance of being as independent as possible and this includes their functional academic, social and emotional, mental health, vocational, daily living and recreational skills. We would like these additional tools to help them to explore their social emotional and creative sides through arts, crafts, and wellness through social interactions, and cognitive skills to address their personal goals.
