  • Hoop It Up!

    Funded Aug 24, 2021

Though Covid is still a huge part of our school environment, students are still able to use the materials from this project to practice our basketball skills. Each student is able to participate at the same time during our practice sessions. These materials allows all students to get maximum practice time during as a result our basketball skills have improved!

Students were also extremely excited to wear their team jerseys during practice. This was the first time our students had their own jerseys. Thank you so much for your generosity and support.”

  • A Colorful World

    Funded Nov 26, 2021

After reading All Are Welcome, students used their new art supplies to show how they are unique. Students then shared their self portraits with the class and expressed how they are unique and special.

Students were so proud of their artwork and were excited to display it in the hallway. Our class made an interactive bulletin board allowing other classes and staff to guess who created each portrait.

This project allowed students to accurately represent themselves by using the various multicultural products that your donations help purchase. Thank you so much for supporting teachers and our future.”

  • Let's Get Moving!

    Funded Sep 3, 2021

It has been over a year since our students were able to use the gymnasium for physical education. Students are starting the year off learning about hockey.

Our students were so excited to play hockey. The portable nets came in very handy when when we had scrimmages against each other.

Physical education is an important part of a child's education and a huge part of Social Emotional Learning. Thank you for supporting education and our future. Have a great year and stay safe.

We cannot wait to use the volleyball equipment next!”

  • Extra, Extra, Read All About It!

    Funded Aug 21, 2021

Today was the first day my students were able to pick out books to bring home and share with their families. These books are displayed on a book case and students have the opportunity to look through the books and take a book home that grabs their attention.

These books are introducing the students to a new world of reading. Thank you for making this project come alive. Students need a desire to learn/read in order for their growth in reading to continue.

Watch out world- here comes our class and we are excited about reading!”

I cannot even begin to explain how excited our students are to use this project's equipment! They all had the biggest smiles on their faces.

Team participation can build self esteem, promote social interaction and help students gain a sense of responsibility. Thank your for supporting teachers and our future.”

  • Social Emotional Learning and Art

    Funded Jul 30, 2021

Your donation is being used already this school year. For one lesson students had to pick their favorite "Bombaloo" place. Each student has their own Bombaloo Place. This is a place they go to in their mind to help them reduce stress, fustrations, and anxiety.

Students drew their Bombaloo Place, then they painted their favorite place. Your donatios of paints and the drying rack were used to exicute this activity.

Students love the drying rack. The rack is on wheels. Students take their paintings and place it on the rack to dry.

Thank you so much or supporting teachers and our future!”

  • Sit on It!

    Funded Sep 7, 2020

Thank you all for your support on this project. The carpet squares were a vital part of my classroom this year. Students were able to sit in groups on the floor six feet apart. As you know this year at school was like no other. It was great seeing the kids working together while following the social guidelines that we had to follow this year.

Thank you for helping me make my classroom and warm, cozy and fun place to learn. These kindergartners had a successful first year of school with the support from special donors like yourself.”

  • Student Lounge!

    Funded Sep 17, 2019

Thank you so much for your geniourisity. The student is a huge success. This space allows students a break when they need one. When students are at the lounge they have an opportunity to calm down, talk to a teacher, write in their journals.

During lunch periods students also have the opportunity to play board games, listen to music, and even play Wii Sports.

The student lounge also holds our pbis store. This is where students trade in their "star bucks" for prizes.

Thank you again for your support. Have a great school year!”

  • Mobile Computer Lab

    Funded Aug 30, 2017

Thank you so much for your donation to the project "Mobile Computer Lab". Without your help many students would not have the opportunity to use our chrome books.

Being able to grant access to students to computer use if extremely valuable. STEM Projects were introduced and completed with these chrome books and with mobile cart over 400 students were able to participated in these STEM activity.

Coding was one of many activities that students were able to experience. Many students worked together in groups in this activity. Not only did these students gain a new skill using technology but it also helped with their social skills. They were able to agree on solutions and they learned how to compromise with their partners when they had different ideas.”
