Nurse Care Packs
Funded Nov 13, 2024My 6th through 8th graders would like to thank you for this amazing contribution to our nurse care packs. My students were ecstatic when I told them we received a grant to fulfill this project. My class was able to create 125 nurse packs full of items for our local nurses. The nurses will be receiving candy, chips, gum, tissue, lotion, lip balm, face masks, magnetic book marks, pens, sticky notes, granola bars, and more thanks to you!
This community activity has been going on for 4 years in my middle school class. Before your donation, we weren't sure if this project was going to happen this year.
Over the past 4 years, we have donated over 400 nurse bags to our local nurses. It is because of donors like you that we can make this possible.
I want to share our deepest thanks and can't wait to see the looks on the faces of our nurses!”

Funded Sep 6, 2023We want to send a huge THANK YOU for our amazing new office chairs. We use these every single day for learning and the kids love them. They are so comfortable and such an improvement from our plastic chairs.
My kids were so excited when the chairs first came. Everyone wanted to be the first to use them. They are a hit with my students and I am so glad to have donors like you to make this project a success. They are perfect for reading groups, as students can just roll on over to their partners.

Funded Aug 2, 2023I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful donation. This new egg chair is an awesome addition to our reading corner. Students love sitting in it and relaxing while they read. We couldn't be happier.
Our class uses this chair every day. We take turns during reading and writing groups so everyone has a chance to sit in it each week. We call it the bird cage, because it looks like a cage on a post. It is something unique to our school and we love it for classroom. It is such an unusual but fun classroom chair!

Funded Jan 14, 2023Thank you so much for the new desks. They make such a difference for our classroom. We were so excited to get these assembled and use them. The kids were begging to have one for their desk.
The new desks fit so much better in our room than the oversized triangular desks we had. With over 30 kids, spacing is important, and these new desks saved space. We now have space to walk between the end of our tables and desks.
The students love the storage area in them and the desks keep everything organized. We are definitely going to get a lot of use out of these. Thank you again for your generosity and for helping our class.”

Mac Attack
Funded Nov 30, 2022My class and I would like to thank you for our generous donation towards our new classroom MacBook. It is such a great addition to our learning. My 31 students are getting great use of our it and we can't thank you enough.
Students were so excited to receive this new technology. They received it the week of our big social studies presentations and were able to display their work to the rest of the class using our new gift. It was amazing.
In addition to social studies, students have easy access to their classroom work and can display finished assignments for their classmates. It is also helpful in displaying math lessons, science videos and reading passages to my students.
We can't express how extremely excited and grateful we are for this gift. Thank you again!”

Funded Feb 18, 2022My 6th graders and I would like to thank you for your generous donation to our classroom. It is so amazing to have brand new art supplies for our classroom activities.
The new markers are a great addition to class. We use them for adding narration to our writing, for special projects and when we have free time to draw. It is so nice to finally have enough markers for all students in class. We are so appreciative that we received them.
The art paper is also wonderful. We are using it for our writing unit and have also used it for our social studies project. We can't thank you enough for this wonderful gift.”

Bluetooth Speaker for Learning
Funded Nov 30, 2021Thank you so much for this incredible piece of equipment. This new speaker is amazing and my kids truly enjoy it. It is a great addition to our classroom and we use it every single day.
When I first turned the speaker up to use it on a science video, the kids were amazed at the quality of sound and the volume. We could actually hear what the video was saying instead of straining to hear what was being said. Compared to our other speakers, this one is absolutely amazing.

Funded Oct 6, 2021Thank you so much for the donation of our new office chairs. My students love how comfortable they are! These chairs make a great addition to our room.
When we first received these new chairs, everyone wanted first dibs on sitting in them. We ended up choosing names from our class list so everyone had a turn. They love how the chairs can raise and lower to a comfortable position for working and are easy to move around the room if needed.
These are such an improvement from the plastic school chairs we had and we are grateful for them! We truly appreciate your generous donation to our class and can't thank you enough!”

Comfy Seats
Funded Aug 12, 2021I want to give a huge thank you to all of you! I am extremely grateful for these awesome office chairs for my class. The students LOVE them! They are so much better than sitting in plastic chairs!
My students take turns each day using these chairs. The chairs rotate through each table so that everyone has a chance to use them throughout the week. The chairs are perfect for all students. They help with getting shorter kids up higher at their table, and taller kids down lower...which they love. No more struggling to get a comfy position.

Funded Dec 16, 2020Thank you so much for your generous donation of these Chromebooks. It is such a blessing to have a full class set of laptops now! Before these came, we would have to locate a set of computers to use for projects or writing. Our class would sometimes have to cancel lessons if computers were not available. Now that we have our own class set, we are able to plan better and have "computer time" whenever we need it.
