This year students present many academic challenges; this last course has been very complicated for everyone, especially for the students who have continued to work and attend classes from home. I keep trying to ensure they have the best learning environment possible. Students are like my little superheroes in the classroom, and I want to maintain an atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm at all times. The group is very diverse but very grateful. Each student is different, which enriches us every day to make it different and unusual. Despite all this, these students are excited to learn new things and are very participative in class. They are very enthusiastic about any proposal, project, or further activity and try to do their best. This year we have different levels of learning, and it is challenging to keep the students motivated in every subject. As a teacher, I try to connect with each of them. They try to make the best of their capabilities and strive to improve themselves more and more every day. I love using the class dojo platform to assign positive points and feedback. A few years ago, I used a tablet to move around the room and make informal evaluations and observations of student work. In addition, I had several apps like Idoce that made it easy to keep track of everything. But it is already out of date and prolonged. It allowed me to reach and use different monitoring tools that incorporate educational platforms (google classroom, clever) and apps, enabling access to each student's statistical data. It is beneficial because you can control and monitor students' progress in each subject, their needs, and areas for improvement.
