• Reading, Writing, and Math...Oh My TPT Resources!

  Thank you so much for your generous donation of gift cards to Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). Your support means a lot to me and my students! With the creative resources from TPT, I have been able to provide engaging reading materials, such close reading kits of informational texts, and math centers that will enhance their learning both in the classroom and at home. These materials have made a difference in my students' educational experience, especially those who are below grade level standards. Students have found a new love of reading, writing, and math. The biggest impact is in the form of their social emotional learning! My students feel more confident and have changed their mindset about learning difficult subjects. • Extra! Extra! Print All About It!

  Thank you for providing the funds needed to help my students show off their hard work. Students love it when I tell them to send their work to print as part of their writing process. The love how they don't need to worry about others focusing on their penmanship and instead the focus is on their thoughts and ideas.

  In addition, the color printer has enabled me to create various visual aids, charts, activities, and assignments for my students without the worry of waiting for the school to make copies. Planning and preparing activities has been more efficient using the color printer.

The class cheered with excitement and gratitude! We were overwhelmed with emotion and our hearts smiled knowing that so many cared about us. My scholars were eager to open the boxes! Many of my students come from low-income households that unfortunately must deal with a variety of issues, so being able to enjoy a classroom full of books they can connect with means a lot to them. • Ready Gear For The '23-'24 School Year!

  It has been an amazing year thus far and your donations have added to our learning experience! When I told my students about the project being fully funded, all were in shock. The class cheered with excitement and gratitude! We were overwhelmed with emotion and our hearts smiled knowing that so many cared about us.

  My scholars were eager to open the boxes filled with supplies! They have been keeping their work organized within the binders and folders, while using the pencils rigorously to complete their tasks. I keep the extra supplies accessible at all times, so that students can replenish when needed without feeling ashamed to ask for more.

  Many of my students come from low-income households that unfortunately must deal with a variety of issues, so being able to to eliminate the burden of buying school supplies means a lot to them and their families. Thank you once again for choosing my class of scholars!”

• Listen Up!

  When I posted this project on DonorsChoose, I didn't have any expectations about the project being chosen for funding. So when I got notified that there were several donations, I was overwhelmed with emotion. My heart smiled when seeing how many people cared about my students and their learning experiences. When I told my students about the project being fully funded, all were in shock. The class let out a roar of excitement!

  The headphones have been used from the moment they arrived! Students have used them in multiple ways such as listening to read alouds of their favorite books, watching Brainpop videos to reinforce lessons, and during their iReady online learning in reading and math.

  Many of my students come from low-income households that already have the burden of buying school supplies for the year, so being able to offer them some help means alot to them and their families. Thank you once again for choosing my class of scholars!”
