In our vibrant classroom, we have a diverse group of students, including several English Language Learners. Each day, I am inspired by their resilience and determination to succeed, and I want to share a bit about them with you. Our ELL students come from various countries, bringing with them rich cultures, languages, and experiences. This diversity enriches classroom discussions and fosters an environment of inclusivity and respect. Many of our ELL students are at different stages of language acquisition. Some are just beginning to learn English, while others are becoming more proficient. Regardless of their level, they demonstrate incredible bravery in speaking up, participating, and sharing their thoughts with peers. We celebrate every small achievement, whether a new vocabulary word learned or a successful group project. This positive reinforcement encourages ELL students to take risks and strive for growth.
