I believe students should be able to access technology every day in school. They need to be taught how to use technology safely and responsibly. Technology enables students to have access to information that they could not gain in other ways. Technology gives curious students the ability to answer in depth questions almost instantly. It allows students to be able to find out information that they might not be able to find out through reading books, or any other form of gaining information. My students would benefit from having a couple of Chrome Books in the classroom. Second graders are curious! Students will be using Chrome Books for the Problem Based Learning projects, their STAR assessments and math assessments.
